Masoud is in the process of registering with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and holds  a PhD. in clinical psychology with over 25 years’ of experience. Masoud has worked in diverse settings such as hospitals, mental health agencies, non-profit organizations as well as the private sector.

In his work, he supports adults and youth who have experienced or are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, confusion, anger management issues, suicidal ideation, relationship conflicts, difficulty in communication, grief, low self-esteem and self-confidence, and domestic violence.He also has experience of teaching for master degree students and PhD. candidates in the field of psychology as a full-time faculty member for 16 years. He teaches clients to apply new coping strategies to help reduce the stress and anxiety of their settlement journey. He strongly believes in a client-centred approach with EFT, AEDP and Mindfulness. He focuses on anti-oppressive and anti-racist approaches as well as recovery model.
