Anabela is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She completed a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and holds a Bachelor’s in Child and Youth Care from Ryerson University.

Anabela is devoted to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to foster personal growth. She uses a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and will integrate various evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, SFT, and Narrative Therapy to collaboratively build a unique healing journey.
