Late Cancelation Fee

Description

Once you have scheduled an appointment with your counsellor, it is your responsibility to remember the date and time of your session. Please remember to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment so that it does not interfere with other sessions that follow.

If you happen to arrive late, please note that your appointment will not be further extended due to your late arrival and also the full session fee will be payable for the session. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please call in advance at least 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SESSION. If you call less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be subject to a $50 penalty.
