Ghazal is a PhD Candidate in Psychology and hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, with several years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults. Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT). Her focus is mainly on helping clients develop psychological flexibility, build emotional
awareness, and move toward a more meaningful, value-driven life. Her approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences.
