At Better Life Counselling Center, we provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) designed to support workplace well-being, reduce stress, and improve employee performance. Our confidential, employer-sponsored counselling services help employees and their families manage personal and work-related challenges. We proudly support organizations and staff across Toronto, North York, Richmond Hill, and the Greater Toronto Area through both in-person and online appointments.
What Is an Employee Assistance Program?
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a voluntary, work-based benefit that offers confidential, short-term counselling and support for employees and their household members. EAP services help individuals navigate emotional, psychological, and practical concerns that may impact their well-being or job performance.
