Muhammad Sajid is a mental health counselor with extensive experience in treating mental
health issues. He is a medical doctor who completed a year of specialized training in mental
health disorders and addiction through a bridge program at the University of Toronto. Fluent in
English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, he works with a diverse clientele, including adolescents,
adults, and families, in both individual and group settings. As an experienced addiction
counselor, he is skilled in various therapeutic approaches, including Motivational Interviewing,
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness
techniques.
