Education and Approaches

Kimia Rose is a dedicated counsellor with an extensive academic background and passion for Psychology and psychotherapy. She has nearly completed her master’s degree in counselling psychology and is currently finalizing her practicum, where she believes she can help her community. Kimia’s primary therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which emphasize clients’ strengths and future goals to foster quick and effective change and help clients manage and alter unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
